Overview

Piviodesk is a multitenant customer support platform for SaaS teams. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the marketing site and the support portals, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Depending on your role, we may process account details (name, email), ticket content and attachments, usage metrics for desk plans, and technical logs needed to keep the service reliable.

  • Account and profile information for customers, agents, and admins
  • Support tickets, messages, and uploaded artifacts
  • Desk configuration, audit events, and billing usage counters

How we use information

We use this information to provide support workflows, operate multi-desk tenancy, improve product quality, and meet security and compliance obligations. Desk admins may configure object storage (e.g. Cloudflare R2) for attachments; those files are stored under the desk's configured paths.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers that process it on our behalf, or when required by law.
